The University of Cundinamarca framed in its missionary perspective seeks to ensure the efficient delivery of its services and for this purpose strives for excellence in the service and the assistance provided to the users so they meet their requirements, which are heard, assisted pertinently and especially answered.


Customers need support as well as that their questions, concerns or proposals are resolved on time. Citizens’ (users) concerns must be answered clearly and timely by different means the institution is willing to do so.

This is our Citizen Service and Information System

Objective

To handle petitions, complaints, claims, suggestions and greetings by citizens and other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner in pursuit of continuous improvement to ensure their satisfaction. 

Términos de respuesta
Subject to the terms of the requests replies set out in the Administrative Procedure and Administrative Contentious Code, all requests except for information and consultation requests will be answered within ten (10 ) working days, handled by the Citizen Assistance System,  they must be solved or resolved internally within a maximum period of fifteen ( 15) working days , for which the  Citizen Assistance System will require the competent agency by email, where an initial term of five ( 5) business days, is given to answer.

Relevant reiterations will be made if the following three (3) working days,  after the completion of the previous term, response to Support and Information Citizen System has not been submitted, the above in order to get the answer that the citizen will get timely and agile in pursuit of satisfaction.

The University of Cundinamarca complies with the Personal Data Protection (Law 1581  from 2012 and Decree 1377 from 2013) in order to guarantee the rights of the holders of personal information provided to the institution.

With the processing of the next request, the holder of personal data understands and authorizes that all personal information in it can be used by the University of Cundinamarca.

At Fusagasugá headquarters with personalized attention and toll free 01 8000 180 414 from 08:00 a.m. to 12:00 m. and 02:00 p.m. to 06:00 p.m. working days from Monday to Friday.

On the corporate site www.ucundinamarca.edu.co the requests and complaints link, the online form is provided 24 hours a day every day of the year.
